  • Staff the library’s service desks and the online chat service
  • Manage study space reservations using Springshare LibCal
  • Serve on the strategic planning committee and worked in collaboration with faculty and staff in developing a strategic plan aligning with OU’s new university-wide strategic plan
  • Serve on a subcommittee to develop and deploy a survey of our university community and analyze the resulting data and generated reports to inform the strategic planning committee
